Ante Budimir

A target striker born in Bosnia and Herzegovina who represents Croatia internationally, Budimir has reinvented himself as a Liga legend at Osasuna after a journeyman career across five European countries.

Budimir's early career took him through Croatian clubs and loans in Germany (St. Pauli) and Italy (Crotone, Sampdoria, Mallorca) before he found a permanent home at Osasuna in 2021. At the Navarrese club he became one of La Liga's most reliable finishers, setting club records for La Liga goals and becoming Osasuna's all-time top foreign scorer. His 2024–25 season produced a personal best of 21 league goals.

At international level, he earned 37 caps and 6 goals for Croatia, featuring in the 2022 World Cup squad that took bronze in Qatar.
