Cameron Burgess

Cameron Burgess is a centre-back born in Aberdeen, Scotland, who chose to represent Australia internationally after switching allegiance in 2014. He joined Swansea City on a three-year deal in June 2025.

Burgess began his professional career at Fulham before loan spells at Ross County, Cheltenham Town, Oldham Athletic, and Bury. He joined Scunthorpe United permanently in 2017 and then moved to Accrington Stanley in 2020.

A significant move to Ipswich Town followed in 2021, where he made 127 competitive appearances as the club rose through the divisions. He earned 27 caps for Australia after making his senior debut against Mexico in 2023.
