Jayden Adams

Jayden Adams is a South African midfielder who rose through Stellenbosch FC's academy to become one of the club's key players before joining Mamelodi Sundowns in 2025. He has earned eight senior international caps and was part of South Africa's 2023 AFCON third-place squad.

Adams became Stellenbosch FC's first academy graduate to sign a professional contract in 2020, going on to make 109 league appearances and score 7 goals before his move to Mamelodi Sundowns. He helped Stellenbosch win the 2023 Carling Knockout and quickly became a regular in the Sundowns midfield.

He has represented South Africa at senior level since 2022, amassing 8 caps and 2 goals, and was part of the squad that finished third at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
