Montassar Talbi

Montassar Talbi is a professional defender who plays as a centre-back for French club Lorient and the Tunisia national team.

Born in France, Talbi moved to Tunisia at age 12 and joined Espérance de Tunis. He went on to play for Çaykur Rizespor and Rubin Kazan before joining Lorient in 2022, where he won the Ligue 2 title in 2025.

He debuted for the senior Tunisia national team in March 2021, representing them at the 2021 FIFA Arab Cup and the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
