Willer Ditta

Willer Ditta is a Colombian centre-back who established himself as one of Liga MX's standout defenders at Cruz Azul, helping the club win the CONCACAF Champions Cup in 2025 and the Clausura title in 2026. He made his Colombia senior debut in 2023 and was named in the 2026 FIFA World Cup squad.

Ditta began his professional career at Barranquilla F.C. before joining Atlético Junior in 2018, where he won back-to-back Colombian Primera A titles and spent time on loan at Newell's Old Boys in Argentina. His performances in South America attracted attention from Mexican football.

He moved to Cruz Azul in 2023 and quickly became a first-team regular, accumulating over 100 league appearances. His consistent form earned him a place in the Liga MX Best XI for Apertura 2025 and a Player of the Month award in early 2026, while also breaking into the Colombia national team setup.
