Alexander Nübel

Alexander Nübel is a German goalkeeper currently on loan at VfB Stuttgart from Bayern Munich. He established his reputation at Schalke 04 before a long-term development move to Bayern, gaining valuable experience via loan spells at AS Monaco and Stuttgart.

Nübel developed at SC Paderborn and Schalke 04, where he became club captain in 2019 and earned recognition as one of Germany's top young goalkeepers. He joined Bayern Munich in 2020 but has spent most of his time there on loan.

He spent two seasons at AS Monaco (2021–2023) with 76 appearances, before joining VfB Stuttgart on loan from 2023, where he became first choice and won the DFB-Pokal in 2024–25. He has made 3 senior appearances for Germany.
