La historia

Raúl Jiménez is Mexico's all-time second-highest scorer with 46 international goals, an Olympic gold medallist in 2012, and a veteran of top-flight football in Mexico, Portugal, Spain, and England.

Jiménez made his name at Club América before moving to Atlético Madrid and then Benfica in Portugal, where he developed into one of South America's best strikers. He joined Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan in 2018, made the move permanent, and spent years as a Premier League fixture. He moved to Fulham in 2023 before returning to Wolves in June 2026.

He scored his first Mexico goal in 2011 and has been a constant in the national team setup, earning 125 caps. He won the 2012 Olympic gold in London, appeared at three FIFA World Cups, and was part of the 2019 and 2025 Gold Cup-winning squads.
