Eric Smith

Tall Swedish centre-back who established himself in the Bundesliga with FC St. Pauli after a journey through multiple European clubs, earning his first Sweden cap in June 2026.

Smith began his professional career at Halmstads BK in 2014 and progressed through IFK Norrköping, K.A.A. Gent, and Tromsø before joining FC St. Pauli. He won the 2. Bundesliga title with the club in 2023–24, contributing to their promotion.

He made his senior Sweden debut on 1 June 2026 in a friendly against Norway, and earned selection to the 2026 FIFA World Cup squad.
