Guillermo Martínez

Mexican striker commonly known as 'Memote', standing 191 cm tall. Developed through Pachuca's youth system and established himself in Liga MX, winning the 2023–24 Liga MX Goalscorer of the Season award with Puebla before joining Pumas UNAM.

After coming through Pachuca's academy, Martínez gained experience at multiple Liga MX and lower-division clubs, winning the Ascenso MX Golden Boot in 2018. He won the Liga MX title with Guadalajara in Clausura 2017 early in his career.

His most productive domestic spell came at Puebla, where he was the Liga MX top scorer in 2023–24. He earned his first senior Mexico call-up in 2023 and has since accumulated 12 caps and 3 goals.
