Joshua Kimmich

Joshua Kimmich is Germany's captain and one of Europe's most influential midfielders. A Bayern Munich stalwart with ten Bundesliga titles, he combines defensive intelligence with exceptional passing range and has been the heartbeat of the Germany squad since 2015.

Kimmich joined Bayern Munich from RB Leipzig in 2015 and initially developed as a right-back before settling into his preferred role as a defensive midfielder. His combination of aggression, positional awareness, and playmaking ability drew comparisons to Philipp Lahm, and he became one of the first names on Joachim Löw's and later Julian Nagelsmann's team sheets.
