Mikel Oyarzabal

Mikel Oyarzabal is a Spanish forward and captain of Real Sociedad, where he has spent his entire career and scored over 130 goals in more than 400 appearances. He scored the winning goal in the UEFA Euro 2024 final to make it 2–1 for Spain against England.

Oyarzabal joined Real Sociedad's youth academy in 2011, made his reserve-team debut in 2014 and progressed to the first team in 2015. He has been integral to Sociedad ever since, winning two Copa del Rey titles (2020 and 2026) and becoming club captain in 2023.

For Spain, he made his debut in 2016 and has 53 caps and 25 goals. He represented the country at Euro 2020 (bronze), the 2020 Olympics (silver), the 2022 World Cup, and Euro 2024 where his final goal secured the trophy.
