Neil El Aynaoui

Neil El Aynaoui is a French-born Morocco midfielder for Roma who rose through Nancy and Lens.

El Aynaoui joined Nancy as a child, made his professional debut in Ligue 2 and moved to Lens in 2023. After two seasons in Ligue 1, Roma signed him on a five-year deal in 2025.

He first represented Morocco at under-23 level, joined the senior squad in 2025 and took part in the Africa Cup of Nations-winning campaign.
