Yasin Ayari

Young Swedish midfielder of Tunisian-Moroccan heritage named Swedish Midfielder of the Year in 2025, who has become a regular for both Brighton and the national team.

Ayari developed through AIK's youth academy before Brighton signed him in January 2023 for a reported fee. He gained experience through loan spells at Coventry City and Blackburn Rovers in 2023–24, making his Premier League debut for Brighton in May 2023. He scored his first Premier League goal in April 2025.

He made his Sweden senior debut in January 2023 against Finland and has earned 21 caps with 3 goals, winning the Swedish Midfielder of the Year award in 2025 and earning selection for the 2026 FIFA World Cup squad.
