Ali Alipour

Ali Alipour is an Iranian striker who spent years in Portugal with Marítimo and Gil Vicente before returning to Persepolis, where he won four consecutive league titles in the late 2010s.

Alipour came through Iranian football with Rah Ahan before joining Persepolis in 2015, winning four straight Persian Gulf Pro League titles and the Hazfi Cup. He moved to Portugal in 2020, spending two seasons each at Marítimo and Gil Vicente before returning to Persepolis in 2024.

He made his international debut for Iran and has earned 14 caps with one goal, featuring in World Cup qualifying.
