Ayumu Seko

Ayumu Seko is a Japanese centre-back currently playing for Le Havre AC in Ligue 1. He made his name in Switzerland with Grasshopper Club Zürich before moving to France in 2025.

Seko came through the Cerezo Osaka academy and made 67 senior appearances for the club, winning the J.League Cup and Emperor's Cup in 2017. He joined Grasshopper Club Zürich in 2022, accumulating 117 appearances over three seasons. He signed for Le Havre in 2025 and has since established himself in French football. Seko has earned 14 senior caps for Japan and was part of the 2026 World Cup squad.
