The story

Eberechi Eze is an English attacking midfielder who joined Arsenal from Crystal Palace in August 2025 for £60 million. A technically gifted, right-footed creator, he scored the only goal in Crystal Palace's historic 2025 FA Cup final victory before earning his big-money move.

Eze rose through QPR's academy and became their star player, scoring 14 Championship goals in 2019–20. Crystal Palace signed him that summer and he developed into one of the Premier League's most creative players over five seasons, despite missing much of 2021–22 to a serious Achilles injury. He scored the winning goal in Palace's first-ever major trophy, the 2025 FA Cup final. Arsenal paid £60 million to sign him in August 2025 and he won the Premier League in his debut season. For England he has earned 16 caps and 3 goals, including at UEFA Euro 2024 where England were runners-up.
