Shahriar Moghanlou

Shahriar Moghanlou is a tall Iranian midfielder who has twice been the Persian Gulf Pro League's top scorer and moved to the UAE with Kalba FC in 2024 after spells at Sepahan and a loan at Persepolis.

Moghanlou spent five years at Paykan — which became Foolad-owned — with loan stints at Malavan, then moved to Portugal with Santa Clara before returning to Iran for a loan at Persepolis and a permanent move to Sepahan from 2021. He won the league on loan with Persepolis in 2020–21 and the Hazfi Cup with Sepahan in 2023–24, topping the Pro League scoring charts in 2022–23 and 2023–24.

He joined Kalba FC in the UAE in 2024 and has accumulated 21 international caps and 2 goals for Iran.
