Thapelo Maseko

Thapelo Maseko is a young South African winger who developed at SuperSport United before moving to Mamelodi Sundowns, where he won back-to-back PSL titles. He was named Best Player at the 2023 African Football League and was loaned to AEL Limassol in January 2026.

Maseko progressed through SuperSport United's youth structures before making 32 senior appearances for the club between 2021 and 2023. His form earned him a move to Mamelodi Sundowns, where he added 19 league appearances and won consecutive South African Premiership titles in 2023–24 and 2024–25, as well as finishing third with Bafana Bafana at the 2023 AFCON.

He was loaned to Cypriot side AEL Limassol in January 2026 (12 appearances, 1 goal) while continuing to feature for the national team, accumulating 8 caps and 1 senior goal.
