William Saliba

William Saliba is a French centre-back widely regarded as one of the best in the world. After joining Arsenal in 2019 and developing on loan in France, he became a cornerstone of Arsenal's defence and won the Premier League title in 2025–26. He has 32 caps for France and was named in the Team of the Tournament at Euro 2024.

Saliba emerged from Saint-Étienne's academy before Arsenal signed him for £27 million in 2019. After loan spells at Nice and Marseille — where he won Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year — he established himself as Arsenal's first-choice centre-back and earned widespread recognition as one of Europe's elite defenders, winning the Premier League title in 2025–26.

He made his France debut in 2022, represented Les Bleus at the 2022 World Cup and Euro 2024, where he was named in the Team of the Tournament.
