Abdul Issahaku

Abdul Fatawu Issahaku is a Ghanaian winger who came through Steadfast FC before signing permanently for Leicester City, where he has established himself as a consistent attacking threat. Still a teenager when he made his international debut, he has become a regular for the Black Stars.

Issahaku developed at Steadfast FC in Ghana, earning a move to Sporting CP's academy in 2022 before joining Leicester City on loan the following season. He contributed six goals during a Championship-winning campaign in 2023–24 and subsequently signed permanently with the club.

On the international stage he debuted for Ghana in 2021 and has accumulated 28 senior caps, also representing Ghana at under-17, under-20, and under-23 level. He was named Best Player at the 2021 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, which Ghana won.
