Marwan Attia

Marwan Attia is an Egyptian central midfielder who joined Al Ahly SC from Al Ittihad Alexandria in early 2023 and has since become a regular presence in both the club's title-winning sides and the Egyptian national team. He earned his first senior international cap in March 2023 and has represented Egypt at two Africa Cup of Nations tournaments.

Attia came through the ranks in Egyptian football and spent four years at Al Ittihad Alexandria (2019–2023), making 92 league appearances before Al Ahly signed him on a long-term deal midway through the 2022–23 season.

At Al Ahly he has accumulated over 60 league appearances and collected multiple Egyptian Premier League titles along with CAF Champions League winner's medals. Internationally, he has earned 29 caps for Egypt since his debut in 2023.
