Ibrahim Mbaye is a French-born Senegalese winger who joined PSG's academy at age ten and became the youngest player to start a Ligue 1 match for the club in August 2024. He has been Senegal's youngest-ever goalscorer and was selected for the 2026 FIFA World Cup at just 18.
Mbaye grew up in the Paris suburb of Trappes and joined PSG's academy in 2018. He impressed during the club's under-19 championship campaign in 2023–24 and was called into the senior squad for pre-season in July 2024, making his official debut on 16 August 2024 at 16 years and 203 days — the youngest-ever PSG starter.
After representing France at youth level, he switched allegiance to Senegal in November 2025, receiving FIFA approval in December 2025. He became Senegal's youngest-ever goalscorer and quickly became a regular in the squad, earning selection for the 2026 World Cup.
