Jaroslav Zelený

Experienced Czech left-back or centre-back who has spent the majority of his career in Czech football, winning domestic titles with Sparta Prague. Made his senior international debut in September 2020 and has earned 22 caps.

Zelený began his professional career at FC Hradec Králové in 2010, spending four seasons there before moving through MFK Karviná and FK Jablonec. He joined Slavia Prague in 2018 but was limited by injuries and loan spells before returning to Jablonec on a permanent basis in 2021.

In June 2022 he signed with Sparta Prague, where he became a consistent performer and won two Czech First League titles and the Czech Cup. He received his first senior international call-up for the 2020–21 UEFA Nations League match against Scotland and has accumulated 22 caps for Czechia.
