Nico Paz

Nico Paz is an Argentine attacking midfielder who plays for Como 1907 in Serie A and is one of the brightest young talents in Argentine football. Born in Tenerife to a former professional footballer, he rose through Real Madrid's academy before making his mark in Italy.

Paz came through Real Madrid's Castilla academy, making four first-team appearances for the Spanish club, before joining newly promoted Como 1907 on a permanent deal in 2024. At Como he flourished, scoring 18 goals in 70 appearances and winning the Serie A Best Under-23 award in 2024–25 and the Serie A Best Midfielder award in 2025–26.

While at Real Madrid, he was part of the squad that won La Liga, the Supercopa de España, and the UEFA Champions League in 2023–24. Internationally, he made his senior Argentina debut in 2024 and has earned nine caps, scoring once.
