Pedro Vite

Pedro Vite is an Ecuadorian attacking midfielder who won three consecutive Canadian Championships with Vancouver Whitecaps between 2022 and 2024 before joining Pumas UNAM in Mexico. He was part of the Independiente del Valle squad that claimed the U-20 Copa Libertadores in 2020.

Vite developed at Independiente del Valle and its sister club Independiente Juniors before Vancouver Whitecaps signed him in 2021. He spent four seasons with Vancouver, helping the club win the Canadian Championship three years running from 2022 to 2024, then moved to Liga MX with Pumas UNAM in 2025.

He has 15 senior caps for Ecuador and scored his first international goal against Costa Rica in June 2023.
