Rafik Belghali

Rafik Belghali is a Belgian-born Algerian right-back who plays for Hellas Verona in Serie A, having progressed through Belgian football before moving to Italy.

Belghali began his senior career at Lommel SK in Belgium before joining K.V. Mechelen. In August 2025 he signed a four-year contract with Hellas Verona in Serie A. He was first called up to Algeria's U23 side in March 2022 and made his senior debut in a friendly against Zimbabwe in November 2025.

He represented Algeria at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and was named in the 2026 FIFA World Cup squad, accumulating 11 caps and 1 goal.
