Weston McKennie

Weston McKennie is an American midfielder who has been one of the country's most prominent players of his generation. He developed in Germany at Schalke 04 before becoming a regular starter for Juventus in Serie A.

McKennie joined Schalke 04's youth system as a teenager and made over 75 Bundesliga appearances for the club before Juventus signed him on loan in 2020 and subsequently purchased him permanently. He has gone on to make over 170 Serie A appearances for Juventus, winning two Coppa Italia titles, and spent a loan spell at Leeds United in 2023.

Internationally, McKennie has accumulated 66 caps and 12 goals for the United States. He won the CONCACAF Nations League in 2020, 2023, and 2024, and was named the best player of the 2019–20 CONCACAF Nations League. He was also part of the U.S. squad at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
