Alexander Schlager

An Austrian goalkeeper who spent six seasons at LASK before returning to Red Bull Salzburg, where he came through the youth academy. He was captain of the Austria Under-21 side and a senior international.

Schlager progressed through Red Bull Salzburg's academy with loan spells at SV Grödig and Floridsdorfer AC. He joined LASK in 2017 and made 152 Bundesliga appearances over six seasons before rejoining Red Bull Salzburg in May 2023.

He made his senior Austria debut in November 2019 and earned 26 caps, though a knee injury in May 2024 ruled him out of Euro 2024.
