Benjamin Tahirovic

Benjamin Tahirović is a Swedish-born Bosnian defensive midfielder who plays for Brøndby IF in the Danish Superliga. He is an established senior international for Bosnia and Herzegovina with 28 caps.

Tahirović rose through Swedish football before earning a move to AS Roma's youth set-up in 2021, subsequently joining AFC Ajax in 2023 and making senior appearances in the Eredivisie.

He joined Brøndby IF in 2025 and has become a key figure for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, earning his first cap in March 2023 and being selected for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
