Hiroki Ito

Hiroki Itō is a Japanese central defender playing for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. A dominant aerial presence at 188 cm, he has quickly established himself as one of the top defenders in Germany after joining Bayern in 2024.

Itō developed at Júbilo Iwata, winning the J2 League title in 2021, before making an impression on loan and then permanently at VfB Stuttgart. His performances in the Bundesliga earned him a move to Bayern Munich in 2024, where he has won back-to-back Bundesliga titles and a DFB-Pokal. He has earned 24 senior caps for Japan and has been a key part of the national team's defence for the 2026 World Cup campaign.
