José Cordoba

Centre-back who has established himself in European football, moving from Celta Vigo's reserves to Bulgarian clubs and then the EFL Championship with Norwich City. Named Bulgarian First League Best Defender in 2022–23, he earned his Panama debut in March 2022 and has accumulated 32 caps.

After starting at Independiente de La Chorrera in Panama, Córdoba joined Celta Vigo in 2020 but couldn't break into their senior side. He moved to Bulgaria, playing for Etar Veliko Tarnovo and then Levski Sofia, winning the Bulgarian Cup in 2021–22 and earning Best Defender recognition in 2022–23.

In June 2024 he signed for Norwich City in the EFL Championship. He made his Panama debut in March 2022 and became a regular in the national team, featuring in Copa América qualifying campaigns.
