Joseph Anang

Joseph Anang is a Ghanaian goalkeeper who spent several years in West Ham United's academy before establishing himself as first choice at St Patrick's Athletic in Ireland, where he has kept 18 clean sheets in a single season. He made his Ghana senior debut in November 2025.

Anang was a West Ham United academy scholar from 2017 and had loan spells at Stevenage, St Patrick's Athletic, and Derby County before departing the Premier League club in 2024. St Patrick's Athletic retained him as a permanent signing and he went on to make over 100 appearances for the club.

His performances in the League of Ireland, including a debut for Ghana against Japan in November 2025, earned him inclusion in the 2026 World Cup squad.
