Nathan Aké

A versatile and technically accomplished Dutch centre-back who has won an extraordinary array of trophies with Manchester City, including the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, and Club World Cup. He joined City from Bournemouth in 2020 for £41 million.

Aké joined Chelsea's academy from Feyenoord in 2011 but saw limited first-team action, with loan spells at Reading, Watford, and Bournemouth paving the way for a permanent Bournemouth move in 2017. His consistent defensive performances attracted Manchester City, who paid £41 million in August 2020.

At City under Pep Guardiola he has won four Premier League titles, two FA Cups, and the 2022–23 Champions League as part of an unprecedented treble. He is a regular for the Netherlands, earning 59 caps and scoring 5 goals, and was part of the squad that reached the Euro 2024 semi-finals.
