Roberto Júnior Fernández Torres, widely known as Gatito Fernández, is a Paraguayan goalkeeper who built much of his career at Botafogo in Brazil before returning to Cerro Porteño. He won the Copa Libertadores with Botafogo in 2024 and made 31 appearances for the Paraguay national team.

Gatito came through Cerro Porteño's ranks and had loan spells at Racing Club and Estudiantes, as well as a stint at FC Utrecht in the Netherlands before establishing himself as a first-choice goalkeeper. He joined Botafogo in Brazil, where he spent the majority of his career and made over 220 appearances across multiple spells.

His most decorated chapter came with Botafogo in 2024, when he won both the Copa Libertadores and the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A. He returned to Cerro Porteño in 2025 and helped them to a Paraguayan Primera División title. Internationally, he represented Paraguay in 31 matches, including at the 2011 Copa América where Paraguay reached the final.
