Adalberto Carrasquilla

Adalberto Carrasquilla is a Panamanian midfielder who became one of Panama's most important playmakers, winning the Golden Ball at the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup and earning over 70 international caps.

Carrasquilla came through Tauro FC in Panama before moving to Spain with FC Cartagena, where he earned a loan at Houston Dynamo FC in 2021-22. He joined the Dynamo permanently in 2022 and spent three productive seasons in MLS, scoring eight goals in 81 appearances.

In January 2025 he signed with Pumas UNAM in Liga MX. Internationally, he has been a fixture in the Panama squad for several years and was named to the Gold Cup Best XI in 2023.
