Augustine Boakye

Augustine Boakye is a Ghanaian midfielder who built his career in the Ghana Premier League before moving to Austria and France. He joined AS Saint-Étienne in 2024 and was named in Ghana's 2026 World Cup squad.

Boakye spent three years at WAFA in Ghana's top flight, recording 51 appearances and 10 goals, before Wolfsberger AC recruited him in 2021. He was a consistent performer in the Austrian Bundesliga, contributing 12 goals across 41 appearances.

Saint-Étienne signed him in 2024 and he made 48 appearances for the club across two seasons in France. His form earned him a place in Ghana's squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
