Hashemi Al Hussain

Young Qatari defender who progressed through Al-Arabi's system and gained European loan experience in Spain's lower divisions. Made his senior Qatar debut in June 2024 and was selected for the 2026 FIFA World Cup squad.

Al-Hussain developed through Al-Arabi SC's youth academy in Qatar. He was loaned to Calahorra B and then Alcorcón B in Spain's lower divisions to gain experience abroad.

He represented Qatar U-20 at the 2023 AFC U-20 Asian Cup and made his senior debut on 11 June 2024 in a 2–1 win against India in World Cup qualifying. He was included in Qatar's 2026 FIFA World Cup squad.
