Hassan Kadesh

Hassan Kadesh Mahboob is a Saudi Arabian professional defender born on 26 September 1992 in Dammam. He became the most expensive Saudi player in history when he joined Al-Ittihad in August 2023 for a reported 60 million Saudi riyals.

Kadesh developed at Al-Ettifaq, serving as club captain from 2015 until moving to Al-Hilal in 2017 for around 6 million riyals. At Al-Hilal he won the Saudi Professional League, Saudi Super Cup, and AFC Champions League, cementing his reputation as one of Saudi football's elite defenders. He then joined Al-Taawoun in January 2020 before his record-breaking move to Al-Ittihad in August 2023.

At Al-Ittihad he won the Saudi Pro League and King's Cup double in 2024–25. Internationally, he has earned 21 caps and scored 2 goals for Saudi Arabia.
