Ivan Bašić

Ivan Bašić is a Bosnian midfielder who won the Bosnian Premier League with Zrinjski Mostar before moving to Russia and then Kazakhstan, and has become a regular member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior squad.

Bašić came through the Zrinjski Mostar academy and made 42 senior appearances, contributing to the club's 2021–22 Bosnian Premier League title. He moved to FC Orenburg in Russia in 2022, making 71 appearances over three seasons, before joining FC Astana in Kazakhstan in 2025.

A former U21 captain for Bosnia and Herzegovina, he made his senior debut in 2023 and has accumulated 17 caps, earning selection for the 2026 FIFA World Cup squad.
