Jamshid Iskanderov

Jamshid Iskanderov is an experienced Uzbek midfielder who spent seven years at Pakhtakor Tashkent, winning three Super League titles, before stints in South Korea with Seongnam FC and years at Navbahor Namangan. He has made 37 senior appearances for Uzbekistan and was named Uzbekistan Footballer of the Year in 2022.

Iskanderov joined Pakhtakor Tashkent's first team around 2011, making 126 appearances and scoring 19 goals while winning league titles in 2012, 2014 and 2015. He moved to Lokomotiv Tashkent in 2019 before joining Seongnam FC in South Korea the following year, making 46 appearances across two seasons.

Returning to Uzbekistan in 2022, he thrived at Navbahor Namangan with 77 appearances and 18 goals, earning the Uzbekistan Footballer of the Year award that year. He signed for Neftchi Fergana in 2025. At international level he has 37 caps and 4 goals, and helped Uzbekistan win the 2025 CAFA Nations Cup.
