Jovane Cabral

Jovane Cabral is a Cape Verdean winger who came through Sporting CP's academy and won multiple trophies in Lisbon before a series of loan moves across Italian and Greek football. He has been a Cape Verde international since 2017.

Cabral joined Sporting CP's academy at age 16 and broke into the senior squad in 2017, going on to win the Primeira Liga, two Taça da Liga and a Taça de Portugal during his time there. Loan spells followed at Lazio (2022), Salernitana (2023–24) and Olympiacos (2024) before he joined Estrela da Amadora on a permanent basis in September 2024.

He earned his first Cape Verde cap in March 2017 and was named in the squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
