Juninho Bacuna

Juninho Bacuna is a professional midfielder who plays for Volendam, on loan from Gaziantep, and represents the Curaçao national team.

Bacuna began his career at Groningen, helping them win the KNVB Cup in 2015. He later played in England for Huddersfield Town and Birmingham City, in Scotland for Rangers, and spent time in Saudi Arabia with Al-Wehda before moving to Gaziantep and subsequently joining Volendam on loan.

After representing the Netherlands at youth level, he switched to represent Curaçao internationally in 2019 alongside his brother Leandro.
