Logan Costa

Logan Costa is a French-born centre-back of Cape Verdean heritage who signed for Villarreal CF in La Liga in 2024 after winning the Ligue 2 title and Coupe de France with Toulouse. He switched international allegiance from France to Cape Verde in 2022.

Costa developed through academies including Reims before a loan at Le Mans impressed enough for Toulouse to sign him in 2021. He became a regular starter at Toulouse, winning the Ligue 2 championship in 2021–22 and the Coupe de France in 2022–23 before Villarreal paid for his services on a six-year deal in August 2024.

Having represented France at U16 and U17 level, he switched to Cape Verde in 2022 and has earned 26 caps, featuring at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
