Moussa Niakhaté

Moussa Niakhaté is a professional centre-back who plays for Ligue 1 club Lyon and represents the Senegal national team.

Niakhaté played for Valenciennes, Metz, Mainz, and Nottingham Forest. In 2024, he joined Lyon, establishing himself as a vice-captain and scoring his first goal in the Europa League.

Born in France, he represents Senegal, debuting in 2023 and reaching the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final, where he was named to the Team of the Tournament.
