Orkun Kökçü

Orkun Kökçü is a Dutch-born Turkish midfielder who captained Feyenoord to the Eredivisie title in 2022–23 before joining Benfica. He joined Beşiktaş permanently in 2026 after an initial loan spell.

Kökçü developed at Feyenoord in the Netherlands, spending five seasons in their first team and serving as captain during the 2022–23 Eredivisie title-winning campaign, earning the league's Player of the Year award. He moved to Benfica in 2023, where he won the Taça da Liga before joining Beşiktaş on loan in 2025 and then permanently in 2026.

He has earned 50 caps and 4 goals for Turkey's national team, taking part in UEFA Euro 2020 and Euro 2024.
