Saša Kalajdžić

A towering Austrian striker standing 200 cm who moved from Admira Wacker to VfB Stuttgart before a £15 million transfer to Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2022. Persistent ACL injuries have limited his career at the highest level.

Kalajdžić came through lower Austrian divisions before joining Admira Wacker in 2016, scoring 11 goals in 33 appearances. VfB Stuttgart signed him in 2019 and despite a serious knee injury, he contributed 23 goals in 57 matches. Wolverhampton Wanderers signed him for £15 million in August 2022 but subsequent ACL injuries have repeatedly disrupted his progress.

On loan at LASK during 2025–26 he won the Austrian Bundesliga and Cup double. He has 22 caps and 4 goals for Austria.
