Themba Zwane

Themba Zwane is a South African attacking midfielder and one of Mamelodi Sundowns' longest-serving players, having spent his entire senior career at the club and won nine South African Premiership titles along with two CAF Champions League medals. He earned his 50th international cap in October 2024.

Zwane joined Mamelodi Sundowns in 2011 and has made over 300 appearances, interspersed with a loan to Mpumalanga Black Aces in 2013–14. A key figure in one of South African football's most successful eras, he has been twice named PSL Footballer of the Season and PFA Player of the Year.

Internationally, he has represented South Africa since 2014, accumulating 53 caps and 12 goals. He was part of the Bafana Bafana squad that finished third at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations and reached the milestone of 50 international appearances in October 2024.
