Trezeguet

Trezeget is an Egyptian left winger who returned to Al Ahly in 2025 after a decade playing in Belgium, Turkey, England and Qatar. He has been a regular for Egypt across multiple World Cups and Africa Cup of Nations campaigns.

After emerging from Al Ahly's academy, Trezeget won African titles with the first team before moving to Anderlecht. Loans at Mouscron and Kasimpasa helped establish him in Europe, followed by spells with Aston Villa, Istanbul Basaksehir, Trabzonspor and Al-Rayyan.

He returned to Al Ahly for the 2025-26 season. Internationally, he won the 2013 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations and later helped the senior side reach the Africa Cup of Nations finals in 2017 and 2021.
