Axel Tuanzebe

Axel Tuanzebe is a professional defender who plays for Burnley and represents the DR Congo national team internationally after developing through Manchester United's youth system.

Tuanzebe graduated from Manchester United's academy, making his senior debut in 2017 and having three loan spells at Aston Villa, helping them win promotion to the Premier League in 2019. He later had stints at Napoli, Stoke City, and Ipswich Town before joining Burnley on a free transfer in 2025.

Born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tuanzebe relocated to England at a young age and represented England at youth international levels before choosing to play for the DR Congo senior national team in 2024.
