Denil Castillo

Denil Castillo is an Ecuadorian central midfielder who came through LDU Quito before moving to Europe, joining FC Midtjylland in 2024 where he won the Danish Cup. He made his senior Ecuador debut in 2025.

Castillo graduated from LDU Quito's youth system and had stints at Shakhtar Donetsk and on loan at Partizan before landing at FC Midtjylland in 2024, where he collected the Danish Cup in 2025–26.

He represented Ecuador at youth level before earning his first senior caps in 2025.
